Book a Discovery Call The 5 Dimensions

Holding the space
where transformation
becomes visceral.

"A facilitator holds the conditions in which processes can unfold; safely, deeply, and true to the person inside the experience."

Facilitation is the art and act of accompanying someone through an expanded state of consciousness. It requires more than knowledge of pharmacology or therapeutic protocol. It requires the full range of human capacity: somatic intelligence, psychological adaptivity, emotional precision, and the willingness to meet inner truth without flinching.

At Realived, facilitation is built around five core dimensions of practice. Each one is developed through years of direct experience, training, and sitting with people in their most open and vulnerable states.

Together, these five dimensions form a map of what it means to show up and be in service of another person's inner journey.

Five dimensions.
One integrated presence.

These are qualities to be cultivated, each one a facet of the presence that makes genuine facilitation possible.

Spiritual Epiphanies Psychological Adaptivity Somatic Awareness Emotional Accuracy Heart Intelligence
01

Somatic Awareness

The body knows before the mind does. Observing and reading breath, tension, and physical signals; responding to what the body is asking for, whether that is grounding, movement, or stillness.

02

Psychological Adaptivity

No journey is the same. The capacity to meet each person's unique inner constellation with flexibility; moving between holding and guiding, witnessing and intervening, as the moment requires.

03

Emotional Accuracy

Noticing and sensing beneath the surface. Responding to what is actually present without projection or premature interpretation. Meeting what is genuinely there rather than what was anticipated.

04

Spiritual Epiphanies

Holding space for the transcendent and numinous. Knowing how to receive revelation without reducing it to language or rushing past it into analysis. Some experiences must simply be witnessed.

05

Heart Intelligence

The quality that makes all other dimensions possible. The capacity to be genuinely present with another person in their most open and vulnerable state; centered in yourself, and attuned to the person.

Before, during,
and beyond.

A facilitated journey begins before the medicine is taken. It begins when the container opens, the first conversation has led to a yes, and it continues well after the ceremony closes.

Before

Preparation

We begin with a well-rounded inquiry into your history, context, intentions, and readiness. Sessions to orient your body and mind. Lifestyle and dietary guidance. The cultivation of a clear intention; an opening, an invitation to set the tone of your experience. Preparation is where the deeper work begins.

During

The Ceremony

A carefully held space in an interior sanctuary with curated music, somatic support, unique smells and continuous presence. No intervention unless needed. No interpretation until you are ready. Just unwavering accompaniment through whatever arises and wants to be felt, sensed or seen.

After

Integration

The ceremony ends. The journey continues. Integration sessions help you metabolise, digest and process what arose, ground insight into daily life, and navigate the weeks, months and years of change that follow. This is where transformation becomes embodied. Applying what was received, in service of life.

"

The most essential thing a facilitator can offer is the quality of their presence, so steady and so open that the journeyer feels completely safe to go inwards.
