The Renewer is the human capacity to transform, from the inside out. Defined by what has been learned, embodied, and become. This workshop explores that capacity through an archetypal map of 25 facets that illuminate the many dimensions of your initiatory process.
The Renewer Archetype Workshop emerged from the Shamanic Archetype framework, evolving it toward a central question: moving from "what happened to me?" toward "what capacity have I developed?" Renewal becomes a repeatable capacity, something you learn to do again and again.
Through personal assessment, constellation mapping, and integration, this workshop helps you understand which facets are most alive in you, and how to work consciously with what your life has shaped you into becoming.

Acceptance and Commitment Therapy is a behavioural and mindfulness-based approach that works at the intersection of thought, feeling, and action. Rather than aiming to silence the mind, it develops your capacity to change your relationship with what arises, so that thoughts and feelings have less power to determine how you live.
The core of ACT is psychological flexibility. A central focus is values-based living: clarifying what genuinely matters, identifying what stands in the way, and developing the capacity to act in accordance with your deepest commitments, even in the presence of difficulty, uncertainty, or discomfort.
Sessions integrate awareness practices and embodied presence alongside the ACT framework. Insight opens the door. Behaviour is how you walk through it. Patterns are lived and embodied, developed through practice rather than understanding alone. This is the work of unlearning what no longer serves, and relearning how to move with greater intention and direction.
